Health Fair This Saturday!
Back HealthKick off the New Year with our Health Fair, sponsored by Des Peres Hospital, this Saturday, 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Join us for this FREE wellness event where several community vendors will be available to educate you on ways to lead a healthier lifestyle for 2015. FREE Sunday Funday Classes!
FREE Sunday Funday group ex classes will be offered this Sunday, January 11, beginning at 11 a.m. Classes will be 30 minutes in length and are first come, first served. Bring your friends and get hooked on The Lodge group exercise program! CLICK HERE for the schedule!
Greatest Loser Starts Monday!
Make a commitment to losing weight and being healthier in 2015! The Lodge Greatest Loser competition starts January 12. You will weigh in weekly and be placed on a team for motivation and competition. The team who loses the most weight will receive a prize. A cash prize of $100 will be awarded to one male participant and one female participant with the highest percentage of body weight loss. Frozen in February Dinner Dance!
Enchanted BallGirls, ask your favorite Valentine guy (dad, grandfather, uncle, etc.) to this fabulous, frozen evening at The Lodge on Saturday, February 7! Couples will enjoy dinner, dancing, a photo opportunity and party favors. Elsa, Anna and Kristoff will stop by to entertain and pose for photos. Don't miss this special evening with your Valentine! Volleyball League Forming Now!
Volleyball leagueThis co-rec league begins January 23 and will consist of a 7-game regular season plus a playoff game. The league plays on Friday nights with games at 6:30, 7:30 or 8:30 p.m. in The Lodge gymnasium. This recreational league plays with current USA Volleyball rules. If you are an individual looking for a team, please contact Corey at 314.835.6166 and we will try to create a team for you! CLICK HERE for details!
