Register Your Kids for Camp Des Peres!
 Calling all campers! Are you ready for a jam-packed summer full of games and laughs at Camp Des Peres? Campers will enjoy a variety of great activities under the supervision of our trained staff. Fee includes transportation, special events, swimming at The Lodge, camp shirt and camp supplies. Children must bring their own sack lunch and beverage, including water bottle, each day. Splash & Dash Biathlon Coming Soon!
 Participate in our inaugural youth biathlon, The Lodge Des Peres Splash & Dash, on Sunday, April 21! Boys and girls, ages 8-10, will compete in a 100-yard swim and 1-mile run. Boys and girls ages, 11-12, will compete in a 200-yard swim and 1.8-mile run. Boys and girls ages, 13-14, will compete separately in a 200-yard swim and 1.8-mile run. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each bracket. The registration deadline is Friday, April 12. CLICK HERE for details! |
Annual Arbor Day Event - April 27!
 Please join us on Saturday, April 27, for our annual Arbor Day celebration at Des Peres Park. The Arbor Day festivities at the park include bluegrass music, Home Depot crafts, popcorn, Pretzel Boys pretzels, birds of prey from the World Bird Sanctuary, a balloon artist, Smokey Bear and more from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.! Register for the FREE Bike Smart Class!
 Whether you are considering commuting to work by bike or simply want to learn more about how to ride safely, Trailnet has just the class for you! Trailnet is offering a hands-on class at The Lodge on Saturday, April 27, 10 a.m.-1 p.m., on how to ride as visibly, predictably and safely as possible. The class will also include basic bike maintenance such as changing a flat tire and adjusting derailleurs and brakes. The class will be led by a League of American Bicyclists certified cycling instructor. This program is brought to you by Great Rivers Greenway and presented by Trailnet.
