Kick It Up with Martial Arts!
 This beginning Martial Arts class consists mostly of Tae Kwon Do and includes mental and physical strengthening, stretching, forms, timing exercises, target training, board breaking, tumbling and sparring. Advanced classes include Judo and Aikido training as well. Classes begin January 22 at City Studio and are available for men, women and children, ages 5 and up. CLICK HERE for details! |
JumpBunch has Kids Leaping for Joy!
 JumpBunch is a program that introduces children to a variety of sports and fitness activities and encourages exploration in a fun, engaging, hands-on setting. Physical development such as eye/hand and eye/foot coordination, gross and fine motor skills, muscle development and body balance will be addressed. Sign Up for Easy Social Dance Classes!
 The Lodge is offering Line Dancing and Swing & Slow Dance classes beginning Wednesday, January 30! These dances are easy to learn, a fun calorie burner and a nice way to meet new friends. Our classes are suitable for everyone and it's a good workout too! Call 314-835-6150 to register for six weeks of Line Dancing (7-8 p.m.) and/or Swing & Slow Dance (8-9 p.m.). |
New Session of Kindermusik Starting!
 Kindermusik activities go a step beyond other music programs with a blend of singing, movement, story-time and instrument play that promote musical skills, coordination, language development, problem solving and social interaction. Friday Night Live - February 8!
 Middle School students are invited to hang out at The Lodge with your friends on Friday, February 8, 6-9 p.m.! Enjoy great activities, cool games, fitness classes and more. Free pizza is available from 6-7 p.m. while supplies last! A ticket can be purchased for $5 at the door. Participants should remember to bring their swimsuit, towel, tennis shoes and best behavior! |
The Enchanted Ball is Filling Fast!
 Girls, ask your favorite Valentine guy (dad, grandfather, uncle, etc.) to this enchanted evening at The Lodge on Saturday, February 9! Couples will enjoy a special dinner, dancing, a photo opportunity and party favors. Don't miss this magical evening with your Valentine! Price is per person; ages two and younger are free.
