Greetings!
As we head into the bustling winter workout season, please take a moment to review the following guidelines to optimize your experience in The Lodge Fitness Center:
- Once you have completed your workout, please wipe down the cardio and weight training equipment.
- Be courteous of the other patrons by observing and using the cardio sign-in and usage limits posted in the Fitness Center.
- Please refrain from talking on your cell phone while using a piece of equipment. This can be distracting to the other guests and could be a potential safety hazard for you.
- Please take the time to re-rack your weights when you are finished using them. Do not place weights in the door jamb by the track stretching area.

FNL Returns This Friday!
Middle School students are invited to hang out at The Lodge with your friends this Friday, November 16, 6-9 p.m.! Enjoy great activities, cool games, fitness classes and more. Free pizza is available from 6-7 p.m. while supplies last! A ticket can be purchased for $5 at the door. Participants should remember to bring their swimsuit, towel, tennis shoes and best behavior! |
Group Ex Winter Mini Schedule Available!
Join us for a new session of Group Exercise at The Lodge! Winter Mini Session begins Monday, December 3. Registration opens Monday, November 19, for Members/Residents and Wednesday, November 21, for Non-Residents. Classes run for three weeks and are held Monday through Friday.
