Dear Friends,

The Joe Wolter clinic in early August was a great success and everyone had a wonderful time. We learned a lot from Joe about how to prepare our horses for cow-work, and we enjoyed three days of beautiful weather out on the pastures moving cows. We are now winding down from our summer activities and gearing up for fall, which includes many practice sessions for the Farm Tour in early October.

So this month's activities include:

  • Hoof Beats Trail Ride
  • Farm Tour practice
  • Dressage lesson with Michelle Grimmer
  • Cow-working Fun Day
  • Bainbridge Island Schooling Show
  • Adult Workshop

If you are willing to help with the Farm Tour, please contact me. And be sure to check your email Inbox for announcements and more details of farm events. Sign up can be done online or by contacting me via email or phone.

New Video on Freedom Farm Web Site!

Check out the new video on the Home page of the Freedom Farm web site!
It was shot by Angus McCullough over the course of many days here at the farm, and also includes some beautiful shots taken on the beach.

Angus will be redesigning our web site and we'll be updating the video and adding slideshows in the near future.

Enjoy!
