Active-e is an e-commerce software solution that partners with AIMsi for an enhanced web presence for the music retailer. Active-e provides the connection to push inventory up from AIMsi to your website and download customer orders from your website to AIMsi. Active-e features a secure shopping cart and web site hosting, as well as Business to Business (B2B) and Consumer to Business (C2B) components. Sample Sites
B2B provides a connection from AIMsi to participating suppliers' host computers in order to verify in stock merchandise and quantities, check pricing, download new product and place orders.
C2B enables the retailers' customers to check purchase history, post payments and initiate rental contracts from the retailer's website.

- New security features, such as requiring employees to have both a user name and password, change password on next log-in and lock-out on failed password attempts.
- Integration with PayPros Account Updater/Decline Minimizer which is a powerful new feature saving stores countless hours by no longer requiring you to contact customers for updated card numbers and expiration dates. When your customers cards are re-issued with a new account number or expiration date, this information automatically gets sent to PayPros who in turn sends the updated information to AIMsi at the time of processing. This greatly minimizes the declines you receive, and ensures that the correct information always prints on receipts. This feature only applies to those stores who enroll cards with PayPros, as an example those using the autopay features in the Lesson or Rental modules.
