President's Corner

Dear Antrim Patrons,

Our 78th season is off to a great start. I want to thank Susan Binder and the entire cast and crew for bringing us "Twelve Angry Jurors". An incredibly well written and superbly acted drama. In observance of Yom Kippur there will be no performances on Oct. 3rd, 4th & 5th but will return for 2 weekends beginning Friday Oct. 10th. I urge you all to come see this gripping production. You won't be sorry.

Our Holiday Toy Drive is also off to a great start. Don't forget to bring a new, unwrapped gift or gift card when you come to see "Twelve Angry Jurors" and "A Christmas Carol-The Musical".

You also don't want to miss our special event  "A Cabaret Cocktail" on Friday Oct. 24th and Saturday Oct. 25th. Enjoy an evening of show tunes, pop and modern music featuring some amazing local talent.

Our "Sponsor-A-Seat" program was introduced on Sept. 1st and requests are pouring in. Check out the plaques when you come to see "12 Angry Jurors" and order yours.  This is a great way for you to remember a friend or loved one or just have the thrill of seeing your name on a beautiful plaque whenever you come to the theater.  More information on this program can be found in this newsletter.

As you know we were part of the Suffern street fair on Sept. 14th and it was a huge success. We re-acquainted hundreds of people to our theater and many of them expressed an interest in volunteering at Antrim. Congratulations to local resident Ben Naylor for winning 2 season subscriptions in our raffle.

As always, I want to thank the teams of actors and production staff who make our productions possible and to the countless other volunteers who work everyday of the season to make this theater run.  I also want to thank you, our patrons, for supporting us. Without you, none of this would be possible or necessary.

Thank You and  I'll see you at the theater,

Marty Andreas
