Join the regional chamber Washington DC Fly-in event and meet with our elected officials in Washington DC!  The chambers in South Kansas City, Lee's Summit, Blue Springs, Grandview, and Raytown are joining forces for the second annual trip to DC.

Last year's contingency met with the US Chamber representatives and each of our elected officials to advocate for pro-business issues that affect small businesses.  We hope you can join our efforts this year.  A meeting will be scheduled prior to our trip to prioritize items we want to discuss.

Hotel:  Click here to make Hotel Reservations or call the number on the registration form.  Please reference the Lee's Summit MO Chamber group when making your reservation.  We have secured a limited number of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill with a special group rate, so make your reservations as soon as possible.  The cutoff date for the room rate is April 4, 2013.

White House Tour:  We are working with Senator McCaskill's office to try and schedule a tour of the White House.  If you are interested in going, please email me ASAP so that I can collect information needed from each individual interested in this tour.

Airline Reservations:  When making your airline reservations, please keep in mind that we will be having a reception on the evening of Sunday, May 5 with formal meetings beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, May 6.  We will adjourn from meetings around lunch time on Tuesday, May 7 and are working to schedule the White House tour Tuesday afternoon.
