Constellations offer the opportunity to experience and heal the relational entanglements that may be in the way of our true potential.

Are you aware of repeating the same pattern- over and over again? Whether it is the same argument or behavior with your husband, with your children or your parents. We can recognize this when the word "always", "again" or "still" continues to show up in our (or loved ones) sentences. For example: " he always does..." (Fill in the blank).

Family Constellation work offers us the opportunity to free ourselves from the past that is fixed in one possibility. The constellation reflects the core issue where time and space merge into the present. In revealing the conflict, we experience and witness underlying dynamics and subtle forces at play, and in so doing, the space widens towards a healing resolution. The power of this process cannot be talked about, but must be witnessed and experienced as it emerges.
