In the creative process we manifest Painting from the Inside Out our relationship to the world and to ourselves. We are present with all of ourselves at one moment in time.

The mind comes in with thoughts, ideas and judgment, believing it knows where we are and where we should be going. But creativity has a different rhythm, a different movement, a different language, unaware yet perceivable in our bodies as: I am settled now or relaxed, vulnerable, raw, shy or exposed. Or creative energy can also be experienced intensely as passion and joy. Creativity fuels our emotions and perceptions and wants to give them form. When we allow this we are in relationship with our natural state and with the world around us in our painting which is infused with colors, shapes and images. A field of energy is created between our inner being and what manifests in the painting.

The creative process keeps this energy field alive between us and what we manifest in life.

As this year ends, let's begin the New Year with the intention to manifest what longs to be expressed. Let's commit to being participants in our culture, not just bystanders - This serves ourselves, those who came before and those who will come after.

This weekend workshop will allow us to delve into themes that emerge around relationship. Whether in relationship to yourself, to your spouse, partner, colleague or family member, you will learn how hidden dynamics manifest and their potential for healing. This weekend will be both experiential and didactic. Open to all.
