How long have you felt burdened by behavior you cannot seem to change- whether a behavior pattern of yours, your spouse, your child or employer?

In Systemic Family Constellation work we experience that certain behavior patterns and issues may not belong to us personally, but are embedded in a web of family dynamics that can go back for generations. These behavior patterns may have served a purpose at one time; now they have become a burden. In this work we can experience them within a greater context. In experiencing and acknowledging this web of relationship- or family field- we become free to leave behind what does not serve us and move forward with new purpose.

Family Constellations

I feel blessed that I have the opportunity this month to spend time with and learn from two people I so highly value for their integrity in the work they offer. Both Jakob and Sieglinde Schneider have been working with Family Constellations since it first appeared in Germany some 25 years ago. Being with them gives me a renewed strength to want to continue to offer this work that has changed so many people's outlook on life.
