I am in awe of the colors and scents of springtime- by nature's impulse to manifest. As I learn and experience more of the creative process, I understand more fully how this basic impulse of nature moves through all of us
. It manifests in the simplest of movements and spontaneous gestures we express throughout the day.
 
When we allow ourselves to surrender to this current, creative movement can move through us and manifest in our lives.

In the painting process our whole life reveals itself:  we stand in front of a white sheet of paper. We don't know what to paint. We are confused. Thoughts arise: what am I doing here? What's the point? 

You are the point!  
This is your time - it belongs to you alone! 

Yes, you may experience confusion, anxiety, and resistance. This is all part of the creative process. You will also experience excitement and joy in being authentic with yourself.   
By listening to the whole of us, we connect to our real selves. By connecting to our real selves, we ignite the engine of our creativity. Our creativity wants to be found. It is waiting for us.

Due to Mothers day (May 13), the next PaintingInsideOut workshop will be held Sat. May 12 from 9-12pm, followed by an afternoon of Family Constellations from 1-4:30pm
 
You are welcome to come to one workshop or both. The afternoon workshop will build on the morning. They both support each other towards wholeness!

Price for full day: $100- by May 1; then $125

PaintingInsideOut workshop: $40 by May 1; then $50
Family Constellation workshop: $70 by May 1; then $80
