We have become conditioned to speak, feel and behave a certain way.  Beginning at birth we adjust to our mothers' gestures and tones. These emanate from our family soul (see family constellations webpage). Our environment continues to imprint on us.

Our spontaneous gesture has become compromised.  We have lost touch with what is true for us- in any given moment.

What is this something and how can we find it?

When you paint from the inside out you connect to yourself.  In allowing the paintbrush to choose a color, in making an imprint on a sheet of paper, you are picking up the thread that connects you to your path towards yourself. Each thread is unique to you. Each path is yours alone.

My experience is this is not merely a path based on defining the self, but rather, as I am more connected to that what is true and real within, I am more connected and attuned to all.

This process is a movement. It is this movement that connects us.
We need this now. We need it for our well-being and for the wellbeing of the world.
