I have been thinking about intuition these past weeks and how difficult it is at times to trust it. How does it feel to act intuitively? How can we learn to trust our intuition?

Painting from the Inside Out helps us connect to and trust our intuition. What is it within us that chooses a color, if it were not about choosing a color we liked or disliked? Where is the attraction? Where is the resonance? What are we responding to?  If we respond to that urge, without having to understand it, we find ourselves in the creative flow. If we allow ourselves to be guided by our intuition - whether we paint a color or image - we enter the unknown. 

This is where intuition lives.

Creativity is not about not knowing what to paint, but having an intention - or an idea - and not knowing where it will go; I invite you to embark on a journey that will surprise you.
