About Kristine Flaherty
 Kristine Flaherty/Hari Shabad, has studied and taught many forms of healing movement and dance over the past 20 years. Kristine was drawn to the heart-centered healing of sound. Trained by sound healer Crystal Niewolny Schider in Sedona, AZ, Kristine intuitively plays alchemy crystal singing bowls to create harmonics and sound to clear and align our energy centers. As our bodies are mostly water, sound has a profound impact on healing blocks we hold at all levels of our bodies. She incorporates the healing properties of stones and crystals in her work. She has found that the music she channels has balancing benefits and releases what each individual needs, even when played for a large group of people.
In addition, Kristine is a certified International Kundalini Yoga Teacher at the K.R.I 500 level. Kristine has also discovered the healing power of Reiki. Using Reiki with yoga and the singing bowls makes for a unique and powerful combination. Kristine is a Reiki Master and is looking forward to her Karuna Reiki Master training in November 2014. Her wish is that everyone can experience how this powerful yet practical Kundalini yogic approach, Reiki, and the sounds of the crystal bowls can heal their life.

What are Crystal Alchemy Bowls? 
Each crystal bowl is made of 98.9% silicon quartz. One reason why the pure tones vibrate our body is that it has a natural affinity to quartz. The human body is composed of many crystalline substances - the bones, blood and DNA are crystalline in structure, as well as the liquid crystal-colloidal structure of the brain. Even on a molecular level, our cells contain silica, which balances our electromagnetic energies.

Sound healing is a direct path to establishing new neurological networks that create the conditions for increased happiness and health. Sound helps breaks open our perceptual boxes allowing us to expand our consciousness. Everything in the universe is in a state of vibration, and each object or person has a resonant frequency that is their optimal vibration. The chakras, bones, and organs in the body all possess a different resonant frequency. Vibrational therapy is based on the idea that all illness or disease is characterized by blockage in the channels on some level, such as in acupuncture meridians, arteries, veins, nerves, and chakras (energy centers). When there is a blockage, the organ in question stops vibrating at a healthy frequency. Using sound, one can break up, dissolve, and remove these blockages that initiate in our body.
