A Very Special Homecoming Concert!
And you are invited to attend!
Schola Tour
We are proud of our large and active music ministry here at Grace Church. As you may know, two weeks ago, the Schola choir of Grace Church went on tour to Detroit, Michigan. This weekend, the Madrigal choir will be going on tour to Toronto. In celebration of both choir tours, the Schola and Madrigal choirs invite you and your family and friends to a HOMECOMING CONCERT at Grace Church at Noon on Sunday, May 1st.

The Schola choir had the opportunity to musically lead worship at the historic Cathedral of St. Paul in Detroit. This weekend, the Madrigal choir will sing at the Church of St. Mary Magdalene in Toronto. For more than forty years, Canada's "Dean" of composers, Healey Willan, was the church musician of this Anglo-Catholic parish. The Madrigals will be singing compositions all by Healey Willan during the Eucharist this Sunday.

During both tours, organized by Nicci Krebasch, singers had - and will have - exciting opportunities to experience the heart of each city. The Schola choir members were able to tour the Motown museum, an Air Zoo, and get to explore the Henry Ford Museum as well. The Madrigals will experience the 360-degree panorama of the Canadian Tower as well as the world acclaimed Science Center. And, of course, on both tours, on buses, in restaurants, in lobbies and while walking around the city there was (and will be!) lots and lots of singing!

Please come and celebrate these two awesome tours in a concert that will feature music heard during both choir tours.

Please contact Dennis Northway with questions. See you on May 1st at Noon, and remember to bring friends who might want to join our choirs!
