Love Like It is Your Last Moment on Earth
The late Tina Lillig taught me a lot about living into what she called her "new normal." Life brings so many things in our lives and our capacity to adapt and look through new lenses can have a huge impact in how we move forward.
As most of you know, my spouse had a serious stroke a few weeks ago. Her determination and spirit is making a huge impact in her recovery. We are leaning into what "new normal" means for us and that changes every day.
This has been a lesson and a reminder in how quickly our lives can change. I have spent a lot of time reflecting on how very important it is that we live our lives to the fullest.
So much of the energy around this planet, in the church, in our work places, in our families . . . is on criticism, getting our own way, our own agendas, having lots of material goods and so much more. Could you imagine what Grace and the world would look like if we spent most of our time on loving what God has created and making sure that every single person knows of the love of God and of those around them?
Love like it is your last moment on earth!!! What would your life look like if you did that? How would it change? How would you grow? What would it feel like?
Love like it is your last moment on earth! Let go of what needs to be freed from within!
