Annual Meeting Materials
Please review prior to the meeting

Dear Grace Parishioners,

At our Annual Meeting on Sunday, January 26th we will elect people to serve on the vestry and represent Grace Church at our Diocesan Convention. These elections help put people in the role of making decisions for this church and the larger church. They lead us in financial matters as well as work with me and you in discerning God's mission as expressed in our church. We will review our budget, hear from some of our leaders and thank our outgoing vestry members. We will also hear about a new vision for Coffee Hour and learn more about the Thrive! program we are engaged in.

Longtime member? New member? It does not matter because your voice matters. See the guidelines for voting listed below.

The Annual Meeting will give parishioners a chance to meet people from another service and to build community.

I invite you and highly encourage you to attend (even if you are not eligible to vote).

We will begin the meeting at 9:40AM. Remember that the later service will begin at 11:00AM instead of 10:30.

-Shawn Schreiner
