We recently completed a renovation for Helen Odehanal on her home situated in a beautiful county setting outside Stamping Ground Ky.
 
We completed a new home down the street for a wonderful couple Dan and Kerri Vantreese. If you are interested in their home... it is in our newsletter archives. After a couple of meetings CMA was selected as the contractor for the Odehnal renovation.
 
I hope you enjoy seeing this beautiful, energy efficient and functional renovation. Helen is smart, sharp and was alot of fun to work with during the renovation. Home renovations where the client is living on the renovation site can be very stressful. Helen took the hardships in stride and kept us moving forward. Hello Friends,

 

We were at the Log Home Show in Lexington with our great and supportative partner Confederation Log Homes out of Ontario Canada. We are now working with some new clients on their new log homes. I am excited in this endeavor as Confederation is a high end log home company, the best in the industry, and their product is absolutely wonderful!

 

Just finished with the Lexington Homebuilders New Home and Remodeling show at the Kentucky Horsepark today. Lots of leads and some great client interactions.

 

We will be at the Central Kentucky Home and Garden Show in Rupp Arena in Lexington the last weekend in March. As always... if you want to contact me I wiill be glad to pay your way in for you and your family.

 

Interest rates are still below 4 percent and they will only increase as the general economy heats up.
