 Welcome to Construction Management Associates 
 
We recently built a totally unique underground home situated in the rolling hills of Kentucky.
 
After a number of meetings CMA was selected as the contractor for our clients new home project. They wanted to be actively involved in their build but also wanted to have a construction manager to take care of the day to day responsibilities of management. CMA fit the bill!

Hello Friends,

 

The Lane Report ,a Kentucky business magazine, reported after 5 years of decline in the housing sector...single family home starts in Kentucky are up 35%!

 

Yea! We feeI this activity in our Lexington office and think our economy is finally starting to recover. Car sales are booming and it seems the custom homes market is heating up! At least a bit!

 

We have close to 15 projects in the pipeline and are thankful and excited to have so many new clients and unique projects... but would really love to start yours!!!

 

Interest rates are starting to creep up...so now is the time to start the planning on the build or remodel your dream home.
