In sure and certain hope of the resurrection, we share with you the news of the death of one of our synodical pastors, the Rev. Brenda J. Ferree. Ordained in 2007, Pastor Ferree died on Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at the age of 68.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., at St. James Lutheran Church, 25 N. Adams St., York. Burial will be private for the family in St. Paul Lebanon Lutheran Church Cemetery in Felton.
Pastor Ferree is survived by her husband Steve; two sons, Trampas Ferree and his wife Toni, and Seth Feriano and his wife Patty; three grand-children; a sister Diane Spizzari and her husband John; and a brother Gene Dellinger and his wife Lori.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. James Lutheran Church, 25 N. Adams St., York, PA 17404; or the American Cancer Society, 924 Colonial Ave., Suite N., York, PA 17403.
