Is It You? Bishop Dunlop Wants to Know...

Is It You?
Bishop Jim Dunlop is on a hunt to find the one. Could it be you? Click to watch the video and find out.

Calling all Lower Susquehanna Synod Portico Plan Members! Are you the one? Are you one of the 82 people we need to make our 65% participation for 2015 by spending a few minutes taking the Mayo Clinic Health Assessment?

If you (and your eligible spouse if applicable) have already taken the 2015 Mayo Clinic HealthAssessment, please accept our thanks. If you have not, please do so today. As of March 28, only 94 rostered leaders/spouses and other covered staff members had completed the assessment. We need at least an additional 82 participants to meet our 65% goal and earn an estimated $55,000 in savings for our congregations. Click here to track our progress and that of other synods, churchwide units, and seminaries. Spouses--click here for detailed instructions about how to access the assessment.

The April 30 deadline will be here quickly, and it takes only a few minutes to work through the questions. This year it's even easier because you can access the assessment from the main Portico Benefits page by clicking here. Not only will you earn $150 in wellness dollars to offset deductibles and eligible medical expenses, you'll also help all participating congregations in our synod save money on premiums AND help us earn this year's rebate to help fund next year's wellness retreat and related activities. It's good stewardship of your health and resources, and when we all work together, everyone is stronger.

Is it you? Are you the one? If it is, please take a few minutes to complete the health assessment so that you can say "No. It's not me!" Do it for yourself. Do it for the ones you love. Do it for your congregation(s). Do it for the good of your synod. Do it for your bishop who cares deeply about YOU and your good health.

P.S.: Remember, after you complete your health assessment you have plenty of time to complete a wellness activity and earn an additional $350 in wellness dollars. Individuals can earn up to $500, and covered couples can earn up to $1,000.
