Walk-Ins WELCOME, but pre-registrations preferred!
Summerfest is a multi-generational event designed to gather all generations for fun faithful fellowship in the beautiful outdoor setting of Camp Nawakwa!
Featuring games and crafts, hiking and labyrinth walks, swimming and conversation, the day will also include live music, a full picnic meal and snack later in the day, plus worship with Holy Communion.
Priced at $10/person, we reduced the cost this year to make it more affordable for families to participate together!
While the meal alone is worth the price of admission, this year we also welcome Jonathan Rundman, a singer/songwriter who will share some of his own music, some songs from camp, and what we call the Cranberry Jam, a modern twist on the classic hymn-sing.
Pastor Dana Blouch-Hanson will lead worship at 5 PM.
Our liturgy includes a reaffirmation of baptism with aspersion, Holy Communion, and a blessing with oil.
A free-will offering will support synod youth ministries.
PLEASE consider registering even if you don't have specific names, just simply send us an approximate count, so we can order food.
