Ice Dogs House League Champions

Another IDHL season is in the books and it again finished in dramatic fashion. In the Mite Tier 1 level, it was the Hawks over the Bruins behind excellent goaltending from Nicholas Carlino. The other members of the Hawks are Everett Cortesi, Bradley Odman, Sean Paden, Josh Rootberg, Tanner Rossi, Sam Roti, Jack Selby, Benjamin Shkap, Matthew Tymarskis and Allie Zack. The Hawks were coached byGreg Selby, Tony Zack and Yan Shkap. The Bruins players were Ryan Burns, Kerry Eberhardt, Trey Giertsen, Kristina Ligas, Tyler Mann, Owen Peters, Evan Simos, Zachary Szuba, Tommy Van Camp, Bill Wallace and Miles Whelan. The Bruins were coached by Buddy Wallace, Demetri Simos and PJ Eberhardt. Congratulations to both team on a great final! 

At the Mite Tier II level, it was the Flyers over the Jets behind a strong effort from the entire team. The Flyers players were Nate Barbakoff, Joey Brandt, David Braun, Charlie Coury, Wyatt James, Grace Koepke, Emilia Mangiardi, Will Nordstrom, Isabella Palmer, Reed Rudick, Brandon Schultz, and Amanda Teschky. The Flyers were coached by Jim Lucchesi and Chris Coury. The Jets players were Owen Battaglia, Jack Binkley, Brayden Fell, Gabe Morabito, Daniel Nunez, Ethan O'Gradney, Casey Richter, Blake Schatteman, Leo Scopacasa and Sam Walsh. The Jets were coached by Ken Binkley and Jeremy Richter. Congratulations to both team on a great final! 

In another exciting final, the Squirt Flyers edged the Squirt Hawks in order to capture the Squirt Championship. The Squirt Flyers players were Austin Fink, Drew Gunther, Aleks Hromic, Colin Husko, Will Irvin, Dylan Kelley, Justin Magsino, Daniel Schneerson, Harrison Smigielski, Sam Smith, Ben Stark and Kevin Winkiel. The Flyers were coached by Jeff Stark and Dave Winkiel. The Squirt Hawks players were Chris Brown, Ryan George, Tyler Hinkson, Daniel Imaoka, Jason Lee, Jack McKay, Michael McKay, Cameron Mussay, Jack Nevins, Jake Pavlik, Joseph Silberman and Brady Walsh. The Hawks were coached by Tim Hinkson and Mike Mussay. Congratulations to both team on a great final! 

In the Pee Wee finals it took another great effort from Pee Wee Bruins goaltender, David Fayn, to outlast the high scoring Pee Wee Whalers and win the Championship. The Pw Bruins players were  Ethan Bugler, Charley Dir, Alex Fayn, David Fayn, Jack Girard, Jared Honda, Richard Hu, Albert Kong, Denyil Philipps, Guillermo Pons, Brendan Spraggs, Josh Stone and Corbin Sullivan. The Bruins were coached by Bob Stone and Rick Spraggs. The Whalers players were Jason Arett, Jack Davis, Jefferey Haham, Josh Kulick, Nicholas Maksimov, Jacob Schneeweis, Jacob Schneider, Evan Simonds, Blake Teschky, Ryan Teschky, Dylan West, Nate Worcester and Kyle Wunsch. The Whalers were coached by Matt Arett. Congratulations to both teams on a great final.
