A Note from Peter
There is so much to look forward to in the coming weeks: the start of fall sports, perhaps some cooler weather, and the routine that the back-to-school season brings. Here at St. Margaret's, we are looking forward to our program routine returning to Sunday mornings. However, it will be anything but usual!
On September 27, we will have a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially open the new building. I hope this will be a chance to not only celebrate our church's success in this undertaking, but also to acknowledge and thank everyone who have brought this dream into reality. These would include our architect, our contractors, and the volunteers who have given so much of their time on this project.
Later that afternoon, at 5 pm, we will continue our celebration with a service of Choral Evensong in the church. This traditional liturgy is the perfect way to cap off a great weekend, and get spiritual nourishment for the week ahead. This will be the start of a quarterly series of special choral liturgies, which I know you will enjoy.

Please join Stewardship Chair Dave Boyce from 10:30 to 11 a.m. on Sunday, September 6 in the church. Be assured you will not be asked for money. Foyers Forming for the Fall
St. Margaret's Foyer ministry will begin again in September. The Foyers Team will be assigning interested members into groups during August. If you wish to continue to participate, please contact one of the team members listed below. If they do not hear from you, they will not place you in a group. If you have not participated before, please consider joining us. Foyer Groups are a fun and easy way for parishioners to gather together on a regular, informal basis, to develop new friendships, deepen old ones, and connect with other parishioners. Each small group consists of 6-8 parishioners who meet between September and May. Foyers will kick off this season with an event on September 20 at 4 p.m. at the church.
