Submit an Abstract for Presentation at VRIC
Participate in the upcoming 28th Annual Vascular Research Initiatives Conference (VRIC), an intense, basic science session, and submit an abstract for presentation. VRIC, to be held April 30, 2014 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, allows those who investigate peripheral vascular disease and its treatments to meet in a small group setting prior to the American Heart Association's ATVB Meeting, May 1-3.
The VRIC call for abstracts deadline is January 17, 2014.
Clinical Research Seed Grant Application
To ensure the continuation of clinical investigation in vascular disease, the SVS Foundation sponsors the Clinical Research Seed Grant Program. Apply by the January 17 deadline. This program:
  • encourages the interest and development of clinical investigators among the SVS membership particularly among junior members or those with limited prior experience as principal investigators;
  • provides direct support for pilot clinical projects that have the potential to develop into larger studies fundable by industry or governmental sources
The SVS Foundation supports research specific to vascular surgery. Please consider making a contribution so that the Foundation can continue its important work.
