Get Staff Updated on Coding Techniques

Rethink Varicose Veins Campaign Update
The Rethink Varicose Veins campaign continues its effort to raise awareness about this serious health issue in the upcoming digital editions of MORE Magazine, Fitness, Better Homes & Gardens, and Ladies Home Journal. The MORE Magazine edition, which featured a varicose vein advertorial, was send to 5,000 ob/gyn offices to help educate these top referral physicians and their patients. 
Society for Vascular Nursing: Call for Presentations 
Urge staff to submit an abstract for a general/concurrent or poster session presentation at the 32nd Annual Convention of the Society for Vascular Nursing, to be held May 7-9, 2014 in San Antonio, Texas. The focus of the abstracts is on innovative, practical approaches to vascular care. Abstracts should be between 200-500 words and must be submitted by Wednesday, Sept. 18. 
Claim 2013 Vascular Annual Meeting CME Credits
Use the convenient VAM CME System to claim credits for the 2013 Vascular Annual Meeting. A username and password is necessary to access the system. SVS members unfamiliar with their login and/or password can have it sent to their email. Be sure to update your member profile with your current email address, since CME certificates will be emailed. An account has been generated for non-members who have never had a login account, the username and password can be sent to your email.
