We offer informative classes that focus on the basics and fundamentals of Beer & Wine production.
The classes are run on Sundays from 3-5pm and Tuesdays from 530pm-730pm and cover:
- Introduction to Beer or Wine
- The necessary equipment
- The importance of cleaning and sanitizing
- Intricacies of your brewing ingredients (Barley, Water, Hops, Grapes, Chemicals, yeast, etc)
- Fermentation
- Bottling and aging
- And most importantly - Tasting and enjoyment of the final product
Our classes can accommodate the brewer of any level. We offer classes for Extract Brewing and Kit Winemaking, all the way up to classes for All grain Brewing and Wine from fresh grapes (seasonally).
Normal class sizes are 12-18 people
Class Participants MUST be at least 21 years of age on or before the date of class.
A valid photo ID is required.
Participants who are unable to produce a valid photo ID may be refused entry.
