Perhaps you're new to brewing all together, or perhaps you're looking to move into all grain brewing for the first time. Wouldn't it be nice to have a classroom setting where you could see the technical side of brewing and ask all the questions on your mind? Why not try out our new Brewing Classes?

Our beginner level classes will cover the basics of extract style home-brewing and all that goes into the process of making a high quality extract style beer.

Our advanced level class will showcase some of the more intricate facets of brewing. This course will take you from the difference in barley styles and hop styles, up through different types of all grain systems and designs. Stop by our Learn To Brew Day celebration, on November 7th at Strange Brew in Marlborough, for a free demo of All-Grain brewing.

This is a great way to expand your brewing knowledge beyond what forums can teach you. We'll look forward to seeing you there!

So few family traditions are as highly regarded and passed down as wine making. There's a certain art and skill that follows the grapes from the vine into the Demijohn and then to the bottle. If this is something that you're curious about getting involved with - you should consider giving the Wine Making class a try.

Our basic wine making class will start you off with an introduction to the necessary equipment, and the process of producing fantastic wines from concentrate kits as well as the bottling process.

Our advanced class (offered seasonally), will showcase the process of producing wine from Fresh Picked Grapes. This class will focus on the importance of proper chemical balancing, as well as the appropriate methods of fermentation for the different styles of wine grapes.

This is a great chance to continue, or begin, a family tradition. Check it out!
