In support of our long-standing association with the International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST), the Global Harmonization Initiative (GHI) is requesting that members complete a survey about the current status of the food safety training needs at your individual organizations.

The Global Food Safety Curricula Initiative (GFSCI) is an ambitious project designed to identify gaps in food safety curricula and to establish and harmonize core competencies at higher education levels on an international scale. It is supported by the Global Food Safety Partnership, facilitated by the World Bank and led by IUFoST. Data gathered from different food-related sectors around the world will be incorporated into the GFSCI process to develop a global standard for core competencies in food safety education at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Completed surveys are due by 11 December, 2015. Please choose the button below that best describes your organization to take the appropriate survey. Both surveys have been translated into seven languages. As part of the GFSCI's international benchmarking process, your organization and GHI will be recognized by GFSCI for our contributions when data gathering is completed.
