Richmond Farmers Market

The Richmond Farmers Market will open on Saturday May 16th in Downtown Richmond from 7am to noon. If you are a vendor, there are new procedures in place this year. Please contact Tracy Hewlett first thing when you arrive Saturday morning. There is now a membership fee of $5 per week throughout the entire season or $50 for the whole season. This money will be used for advertising purposes only. See you on the square!

Fresh Meats and More

Fresh Meats and More of Richmond will close at 1pm on Saturday may 16th due to graduation. They will reopen on Tuesday at their regular time.

They will be delivering fresh strawberries next week for PRE ORDER customers only. Quart is $4 and a Pint is $3. They will not be selling them as walk in orders. Must be PRE ORDERED. To place an order for our fresh strawberries please call the shop at 816-775-3535

Bingo Night

at the Ray County Memorial Veteran's Building.

The doors will open at 4pm for the meal and games will start at 6pm. It only costs $20 to play all evening.

Thursday May 21st will be the monthly board meeting for the Richmond Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. This meeting starts at 11:30am at Shirkey Golf Course 19th Hole.

Make sure to mark your calendars! On Friday May 22nd from 5:30 to 7:30pm at the 19th Hole, will be the Annual Hog Roast After Hours sponsored by Shirkey Nursing and Rehab, Shirkey Hosice and Palliative Care and The House of Hope. Everyone is invited and make sure to be hungry!
