Church Street Road Closures This Week

If you have a lesson this Thursday, or will be driving in downtown Champaign, please see a notice from the City of Champaign about Church Street closures...

In order to complete a large concrete pour at 301 N Neil St. (M2 building), Premier General Contracting Inc. will close Church Street between Neil Street and Randolph Street on Thursday, October 31, 2013 from 7am to 12pm, weather permitting. Through traffic will not be allowed in the area; however, customers to First Bank and those who require local access will have an entrance available at Randolph and Church.

DPC on WCIA October 30th!

The Dulak Pilates Center can now be found on CI Living tv! DPC will be on WCIA at 4pm TODAY, October 30th, for Workout Wednesday!


Janice Teaching Apprentices in Milwaukee Janice will be traveling to Milwaukee this Thursday and Friday to teach Apprentices at the Movement Center. The studio is owned by Maria Penagar, a Level III Romana's Master Trainer. Janice has also been chosen by Romana's Pilates to teach an Intermediate Seminar to the Apprentices from the Movement Center this December. The seminar, held at the Dulak Pilates Center, will allow Janice to continue to pass along Romana's legacy to a new generation! We are thrilled that our studio continues to be a place of learning and growth for teachers, old and new!	Important November Dates Thursday, November 28: Dulak Pilates Center will be closed Thanksgiving Day so our staff and clients can enjoy the holiday with their families. Friday, November 29: No Friday Mat Class. There will be limited availability for lessons this day. Speak with your Instructor or email us about scheduling a lesson!	Shop Local Saturdays DPC will be open on Saturdays in December for "Shop Local Saturdays." Visit us on the following dates and times as you shop local in downtown Champaign: November 30 3pm - 5pm Open house Enjoy some hot apple cider to precede the Parade of Lights! December 7 10am - 12pm December 14 9am - 5pm Observe the Intermediate Seminar Janice will be teaching! December 21 10am - 12pm Clients who purchase a gift certificate on any of these days will receive a FREE 30 minute lesson!
