New this year, we have partnered with Lifeworks Chiropractic to offer FREE fun activities and contests in our Family Tent. Bring the kids to try a complimentary family yoga class or test their speed and agility with Parisi Speed School. Enjoy some healthy raw-licious snacks with Kids Gone Raw and get messy in the dirt with Garbage to Garden.

Bring a white shirt, bandanna, socks or any article of clothing you desire to create colorful tie-dye designs. Face painting, drawing contests, prayer flag making, Frisbee games and more!

OA Center for Orthopeadics

We took a break from the normal yoga routine to experience Kelsey's cranking Metabolic Effect class at the Parisi Speed School in the OA Performance Center in Saco. The Speed School works with athletes of all levels to improve their strength, performance and to help prevent and minimize injuries. Wow - Kelsey's hour long class did not disappoint. Check out our blog to learn more about it.

We are excited to have OA Orthopaedics and the Parisi Speed School as new partners of MYF. OA Orthopaedics will be offering complimentary consultations at the First Care Tent. Bring your aches and pains and they can help evaluate any training injuries. The Parisi Speed School will be hosting fun, spirited strength and performance competitions for kids and adults.
