Both Aerial yoga workshops have already SOLD OUT!

MYF at Yoga Reaches Out
YRO jacqui
Last Sunday, the MYF Team joined Jacqui Bonwell at Yoga Reaches Out to help raise more than $500,000 for Boston Children's Hospital and Children's Tumor Foundation.  What an amazing and inspiring event!  We connected with hundreds of fellow yogis and raffled off two festival passes.  Jacqui kicked off the event and continues to lead the charge in supporting this amazing foundation.

Jacqui will be teaching Chakra Vinyasa and Yoga Sutra Flow at MYF.  To read more from our Q&A with Jacqui, check out the MYF blog!

Why did you want to be involved with MYF?

Because it is going to be really COOL! Of course it will be cool but I believe that the MYF is a unique opportunity for those practicing yoga at any level to come together. I wanted to be a part of that and to support such an incredible concept.

What does yoga mean to you as a professional businesswoman?

Although selling real estate can be stressful, it is also the single most rewarding (paying) job I have ever had. Every day I have the opportunity to be a part of someone's life by bringing insight and expertise to the process of buying or selling real estate. I get to use my best skills and to help people at the same time!

Yoga is an essential part of my "practice" as a realtor, parent, and human. It allows me to be totally present and not to be distracted by the finer points of a real estate negotiation, my child's social life, or some random meal plan.  Practicing Yoga is an opportunity for me to focus on just me and everyone in my life benefits.
