Pierce Street shows PRIDE!

Dear Pierce Street Family,

We have had another great week here at Pierce Street! I would like to give big congratulations to our teacher of the year and teacher of the month Shea Triplett. We have had a busy week of testing and I am so proud of our students and how hard they worked. We got to wrap up the week with a staff breakfast and I would like to thank PTO for setting that up for our wonderful staff. We are wrapping up our attendance campaign, and I want to congratulate and thank every student who had perfect attendance for the months of October and November. Pierce Street Elementary School would like to give a special thanks to 4 young men from Tupelo High School! For their Senior Project, they worked very hard to
help beautify our court yards.  They even spoke to several of our students about how important it was to keep our school clean.  By being a positive role model, they motivated these 2 young 3rd grade boys to take the initiative to clean up some trash on our playground.

Thank You !
