The Changes of the Season are Upon Us!
Greetings to all Mount Marty Alumni,
October is a month of change and transition: warm to cold, dry to wet, and light to dark as summer's lush green-leaved trees turn to beautiful multi-colored leaves. It's a time and a place in the year where it seems we're caught in between the spaces, feeling the effects of both seasons, but having the full compliment of neither. It's a time of looking back and looking forward. Wherever you are in your own personal and professional life, take some time to think back to your own college days at "The Mount." These experiences, regardless of that time in our life, have shaped our lives, our careers, our futures, and took each of us through a time of important transition and growth. As Mount Marty College is experiencing many changes, we need you as alumni, more than ever, to help us move forward by providing feedback, suggestions, and input to keep people informed and engaged and make your Alumni Association the best it can be! Please feel free to contact me at anytime. Dave

Mount Marty Named Military Friendly School
Victory Media, the premier media entity for military personnel transitioning into civilian life, has named Mount Marty College to the coveted Military Friendly Schools list. The 2014 Military Friendly Schools list honors the top 20 percent of colleges, universities and trade schools in the country that are doing the most to embrace America's military service members, veterans, and spouses as students and ensure their success on campus.
"We are honored to be named a Military Friendly School and look forward to working with the military community to provide access to education in the Benedictine tradition," said MMC President Dr. Joseph N. Benoit. "Our focus on academic excellence with attention to service to humankind makes Mount Marty College an excellent choice for those who serve our nation. It is truly our pleasure to be able to offer our educational programs to our country's best as they continue their education." More information...
