Remember, Rejoice and Renew - Faculty Reflections
On Friday, Sept. 4, the faculty and staff opened their professional development day with prayer focusing on our jubilee call to
Remember, Rejoice and Renew.  Dr. Marcy Fox invited everyone to take a few moments to reflect on that call. Here are some of their reflections.
  • Remember...During our opening retreat we each discussed how we came to Carondelet. We all had different stories yet the one thing we all agreed upon was how glad and lucky we are here with these students, faculty and staff!
  • Rejoice and Renew...I love the opportunity we have to rejoice together, honor what we have as a community and celebrate ALL the great things we do now and in the days ahead!
  • There is so much to REJOICE about here at Carondelet. I love working with colleagues who are always willing to step-up to get the job done. I REJOICE with students who are so eager to learn and grow. I REJOICED when a mother at Back-to-School Night counted off on her fingers all of the reasons she had to thank me!
  • Rejoice... This has been a constant refrain over these first weeks, rejoicing over our wonderful students, the spirit and joy, over dedicated professional and creative faculty and the amazing interaction I see with students; our professional and hard-working staff and all they do that makes everything work...lots of adjectives but they are all well-deserved and obvious.
  • Remember...When the students arrived on campus the first day- how lucky I was to be a part of their journey through high school.

Support the Annual Fund!
Your donation to the Carondelet Annual Fund allows us to employ a talented faculty, maintain our beautiful campus, provide state-of-the-art technology and create extracurricular activities that take learning beyond the classroom and encourage our students to thrive.

Every gift has a direct impact on our students. Empowering them with the tools they need to become the leaders, creative thinkers and philanthropists of tomorrow.

Thank you to the families that made their gift at Back-to-School Night - we are grateful for your support.

Athletes of the Week
Cross Country
Heather Scheibley '17:  Heather shows great enthusiasm and always brings a smile to her teammates' faces.

Allison Munden '18:  Last Saturday Allison had a great attitude while trudging up the hills.  She inspired the other girls in her running group to keep pushing themselves although they wanted to stop.

Sophie Schmitz '19:  Sophie had a tough beginning to the Cross Country season, but never quit and has shown tremendous improvement over the last two weeks.

Varsity Water Polo
Hannah Burness '18:  Hannah never skips a single part of dry land practice or a lap in the pool.  She has worked really hard to get ready for the season and it showed in her first game.

Varsity Golf
Yealimi Noh '19:  Yealimi led the Carondelet Varsity Golf Team to an opening 2-0 start as the Medalist in each of our first two games, shooting scores of 39 & 38.  Her 2-over-par 38 at Poppy Ridge on Thursday was especially impressive in that it was accomplished in winds up to 20 mph, on plugged and sanded greens!
