This Thursday our country observes not only a holiday but also a kind of holy day as we gather to give thanks to God for the plenitude of blessings we share. 

May the spirit enkindle our hearts, our families and our country with gratefulness. And may we remember the words of Meister Eckhart, a spiritual writer of the Middle Ages: "If the only prayer you say in your life is 'thank you,' that would suffice."

This past Friday, 150 students and faculty headed to the DLS track for the 2nd annual HPERD sponsored Turkey Trot.  Thank you to all who walked, ran or jogged and made this a smashing success.

What goes up, must come down and we still need several people to help break down the Boutique and Garaventa Center post Visions of Christmas on December 2 from 12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.  The more help the better and you will receive full credit for the shift even if we finish early!

If you would like a chance to win $100 and have your art on our "Every 15 Minutes" t-shirt, please consider entering the t-shirt art contest. The theme is drunk and/or distracted driving and the winning artwork will be displayed on the 2013 E15M t-shirts.

 

The deadline is January 10 and the E15M committee will vote on submissions on January 15. There will also be cash prizes for 2nd and 3rd place winners.

• Sample shirts on wall outside of Main Office
