Sophia Bouzos '13 and Sandra Ortellado '14 make the youngest team in the 7th Annual FINA World Trophy Cup Synchronized Swimming Competition (Nov. 30 - Dec 2).

It may be hard to believe as the weather just turned chilly, but it has been Christmas in the Special Events office for months. There are limited tickets available for the Tuesday and Thursday teas, Taste of Christmas and Breakfast with Santa, don't wait to make your reservation or you may miss out.
Desperately Seeking a few more Visions Volunteers!
We still have jobs that must be filled to be ready for our biggest fundraiser of the year. Please follow the link to the Visions page and click on the volunteer opportunities to sign-up to help. Critical needs include the following: - Tea Kitchen help for the Thursday and Friday Teas.
- Scone Bakers and Curry Chicken Salad Sandwich Makers for Wednesday and Friday Teas.
- Saturday night clean-up - it's the late shift so you earn Double PIP.
- Sunday clean-up and take down.

Please note that Hurricane Sandy has affected Smart Tuition, our tuition service company, located in New Jersey.
If you have not received your monthly invoice, and are concerned about mailing to Smart Tuition for timely posting to your account, you can bring tuition payment to the Carondelet Main Office drop box. Mrs. Vecchi will post it to your account on the same day.
We were informed Friday 11-9-12 that power and mail service has resumed to Smart Tuition. They are now fully operational and it's business as usual if you need to call 1-888-868-8828 for online payments. Thank you.

Orders for Caps & Gowns and graduation announcements will be on Tuesday, Nov. 13 and Wednesday, Nov. 14 during lunch in the inner court.
ALL seniors must stop by for cap and gown orders!

"Every 15 Minutes" Applications for Juniors and Seniors
Student applications for "Every 15 Minutes" will be available online and in the Main Office for Juniors and Seniors only, beginning Tuesday, November 13.
These applications are due back to the Main Office by Friday, November 30.
If you have any questions, please see Mrs. McDermott in the Main Office.

Class of 2013 - Checking College Applications
Please remind your daughters to print out their college applications and come to the College & Career Center to have them checked. We are happy to check all applications. It is particularly important to have CSU and UC apps checked to ensure that all self-reported courses and grades are properly entered.
There should be no rush to submit an incorrect application that does not accurately reflect a student's record and could jeopardize an admissions decision.
Once an application has been submitted, students are not able to access the application to make corrections.
