Camp Card Sales Ends April 1st.  
Powderhorn and Adirondack Districts
 
The camp card sales close on April 1st for the Adirondack and Powderhorn Districts. Payment for any cards sold and the return of any unsold cards can be made at the Utica Scout Office. Final date for payments and unsold card return is April 15th.

Radio Roundtable  
What is Radio Roundtable?  
        Radio Roundtable is your monthly source of up to date Council information and upcoming events, Though a interactive Video Talk show.  Hosted by Council Program Director John Harniman and Foothills District Executive Peter Miller, Radio Roundtable brings a variety of topics and special guest and training to help keep you informed. Radio Roundtable is streamed live the first Thursday of the month starting at 7PM. Links are found on the Council's Websites Page Radio Roundtable.  
 
Can't watch at that time? As soon as editing is complete the broadcast will be posted on the Council's Facebook Page as well as a link on the Council's website.

There is also an online chatroom available for real time questions and answers.

Ten Commandment Hiketen

Scouts in CNY will be gathering in Rome and  Herkimer at 10am. Scouts will hiking from Place of Worship to Place of Worship all around the area. Each location will focus on a Commandment. Scout must bring a Lunch and Water for themselves. The hike will be about 5 Miles. Families are encourage to attend, Scouts must have a parent or leaders.

Merit Badge Book Sale

Recently the National Office updated many of the Merit Badge requirements leaving the store with many Merit Badge Books with the older requirements. For the most part the contents of the books are the same just that the requirements are slightly different. A variety of these books are on sale for a limited time for the price of $2.00 at the Utica Scout store.

Part-Time Job Opening

There is currently an opening for a part-time position at the Utica Scout Office. We are currently looking for a person to do data entry, prepare mailings, and help in the store. Experience with Microsoft Office is required. This will be a 20 hour per week position. Contact Scout Executive Steve McEwan stevenk.mcewan@scouting.org for more information or to apply.
Camp Positionscampstaff 

There are several positions still available at Council camps this summer. Henderson Scout Reservation is looking for a program director, waterfront director, and a climbing and rappelling director while Camp Kingsley is looking for people to help fill positions in the program areas and in the kitchen. Applications can be found online or contact the Council Office.
