Live Streaming Information 

Skate Canada gives you a rinkside seat with live streaming of the 2015 Canadian Tire National Skating Championships in Kingston, Ont. from January 19-25.

 

Competition gets underway at 9:30 am EST on Monday, January 19th. Tune in to see all Novice and Junior performances as well as Senior practices taking place at Rogers K-Rock Centre.

 

Once the competition gets underway, visitors will be able to access the live streaming on the event page or the Skate Canada Dailymotion page.

Duso's December Female Skater of the Month 
 

       
Congratulations to Kiana Tetreault of the Red Deer Skating Club.

You can find Kiana helping as a Program Assistant twice a week where she is enthusiastic and always encouraging to CanSkaters or she is working hard as a STARSkater on all of her disciplines of skating.   Kiana has a passion for skating which is evident in her everyday practice and is a joy to teach.

Congratulations to Austen Franz of the Lethbridge FSC.

Austen has a great attitude on and off the ice!  He works hard on every session.  Austen is also a Program Assistant on our CANSKATE sessions and is a great role model for younger skaters.

Congratulations to Arlene Vis of the Red Deer Skating Club. 

Arlene Vis, has volunteered on the board numerous times.  During her time with the Red Deer Skating Club, she played an important role in fundraising, volunteering and inspiring other volunteers in the club.  She was so effective that she has encouraged others to volunteer on the club executive.  She is involved in countless activities to promote, support and grow the club.  Currently she has become the Gaming Chairperson.  She is well known for her work ethic, positive attitude and teamwork mentality.  She is well respected throughout the organization for getting things done and for meeting short deadlines.
