Mountain Regional Synchronized Skating Championships

Submitted by: Calgary Synchronized Skating Team

The Lethbridge Skating Club organized a fantastic Mountain Regionals, and we thank them for a wonderful weekend of skating. The volunteers were helpful and the event was very well organized. Thank you to the organizing committee for your hard work!

Black Gold Juvenile Team - Bronze Medalists

The competition saw 32 teams from Alberta and British Columbia come together to compete in 10 categories ranging from Beginner to Adult. The Enmax Centre was a fantastic venue, it was large, bright, and offered plenty of seating for all of the skaters and their fans! In the three weeks since the first synchronized skating competition, the Calgary Rosebowl, the teams have all come a long way and the programs are really coming together.

Thank you to the officials for volunteering their time, to all of the coaches for their hard work, and to the team managers and chaperones for keeping everyone organized. Congratulations to all of the teams on a great weekend of skating!
