How to Make Next Year Even Better for Your Unit! 
  
Come to Our Ice Cream Social, Improve Your Unit!
   

  

As summer kicks-off and your Scouts begin their summer activities, including Scout Camp, it is time to start thinking about next year.

For many of you, it might seem like the year just finished up, but we have been hard at work trying to figure out how to better support your Pack, Troop, or Crew's program for this coming Scouting year. For our Cub Scouts, are you thinking about how you are going to be able to have every one of your Scouts go to an overnighter on the Hornet, to Cub-ON, Day Camp, Monterey Bay Aquarium, or better yet as one of our Cub Packs did last year, take them all to iFly? (If you are not familiar, check our this video.) What about for our Boy Scouts' and Venturing Crews' hikes, weekend camping trips, Summer Camp and what about SUPER TRIPS you may have planned like World Jamboree (video), National Order of the Arrow Conference celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the OA, or better yet the trip that so many say changed their life . . . Philmont?!

  

We are here to help you and show you how to "Improve your unit!"

  

We invite you to one of three very special ICE CREAM socials! All three begin at 7:00pm.

July 30, 2014, Palo Alto Service Center  

August 7, 2014, LDS Church, Sharpe Park  

  

No matter what district you are in, you can attend any one of the three, the agenda will be the same. To show you how important this is to us, every unit who attends with a minimum of 3 adults will receive a $25 Scout Shop Gift Card! You do not need to all attend together, but you get 3 adults out, and you'll have the $25!

  

We will cover two important topics at the ice cream socials, and have you out of there by 9:00pm!
