These hour-long phone-based sessions are provided courtesy of WellMed Charitable Foundation, and are designed to connect family caregivers to experts with helpful information and other caregivers, with needed emotional, educational and social support.

The stress of caring for a loved one or family member can lead to emotional and physical problems.  You will learn that both good and bad experiences can cause stress and how to read the warning signs in order to take action.  You will be able to hear some of the stressful experiences of other caregivers and how their successful methods of coping.

A Matter of Balance Begins March 19

New "Living with Alzheimer's" series for early-stage caregivers. The free programs are 6 to 7:30 p.m., March 19, April 2, and April 16. You can attend one or all sessions. Presentations are held at the date, time, and site of your choice and range from 10 - 45 minutes.

 

Call us todayif you are interested in becoming a Senior Medicare Patrol volunteer and preventing Medicare fraud.  Free training will be held in March.

ACN provides high quality, best practices training and education for autism service providers and primary caregivers of children with autism.
