As announced in our last NTM, we have created the online sign-up for the upcoming Conference Days 2013. We are looking forward to meeting and discussing your child's progress with you on Monday, November 25 and Tuesday November 26. Please use the link provided at the bottom of this message to sign up with the relevant teacher. 

 

In order to have smooth Conference Days please be punctual for your time slot, as teachers have to keep a strict schedule to accommodate all. Below you will find important and school section relevant information.

 

 

 

PRESCHOOL

  

There are no regular classes on conference days, but we do have a limited number of hort spots available on a first come-first serve basis and will try our best to accommodate parents that sign-up until November 15th.

Please do not make any changes on your conference day spot Jooners less than 24 hours prior to your meeting to make sure that teachers can be well prepared for all conferences. 

 

 

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

 

Elementary students are not expected to attend the conference but if you would like your child to participate, please notify the teacher in advance.  

  

 

INTERNATIONAL MIDDLE SCHOOL

  

IMS Conference Days will be set up in the Gym. In order to accommodate all students and parents, a 10 minute time slot is available per student/subject.

Due to the situation with Daniela Klimetschek, conferences will not be available at the moment for her classes. A written report for each student will be provided for the conference days and meetings with her can be scheduled upon her return.

Please note that IMS students attend the conference with parents in order to be involved in the feedback and process.   

 

  

STUDENT SUPERVISION & HORT

 

Children not attending the conference need to be supervised by another adult on site or you can use the 'drop in' Hort option which will be offered at a pro-rated rate (60 min = $12, 30 min = $6). If your child needs supervision for longer than the conference time please sign up for a regular Hort space with Uschi Waite at uwaite@gais.org.
