Eve Stevens is returning Saturday from a visit to our Partner Church in Transylvania, Romania. Her sermon on Sunday will be Exploring our Roots: The Unitarian Birth Story. She will share some of her experiences from the visit and help us connect with our earliest Unitarian origins.
For RE this Sunday, rising Grades 1-8 start in the auditorium for Together Time and then go to classes. Younger children and High Schoolers start in their classrooms (see signage for rooms). Nursery will be in room 114.

Faith Alliance for Climate Solutions (FACS). Wed., Jul. 23, 7 p.m., Room 3, Unity Church. FACS will continue to meet through the summer on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month at Unity Church. Climate movies are scheduled for the second Friday of the month at 7:30 p.m., also at Unity Church. Youth beach trip. Thu., Aug. 21, 9 a.m.-Sun., Aug. 24, 4 p.m. Rising Grades 9-12 visit Cape Henlopen in Lewes, DE. Enjoy kayaking, bonfires, beach fun and fellowship! Print, complete and return permission form to save your spot. Chaperones: Please return the chaperone application. The following programs and opportunities help us grow as individuals and as a community.
Covenant Group facilitator training. Sat., Aug. 16, 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Lunch provided. UUCF Covenant Groups are groups of 8-10 people, led by a trained facilitator, that explore issues and beliefs in a spiritual context. Through Covenant Groups, many UUCFers have made deep connections. Training explains the facilitator role and provides extensive opportunities for role-playing and coaching. All are welcome; you don't need to commit in advance to being a facilitator.
