Super heroes UUnite! Ingathering Picnic! Sat., Sep. 7, 5:30 p.m.
Grab your cape and fly on over to the Ingathering Picnic. In line with this year's worship theme, "Superpowers to Bless the World," we're looking for all varieties of super UUs in their super hero garb to show their powers at the picnic. In addition to the traditional bouncy obstacle course, sno-cones and picnic on the lawn, we'll assemble a "Parade of Super Heroes" young and old. Come dressed to represent your own powers or one you'd like to have (not invisibility!). More details next week on the picnic and other attractions. Heroes with inventive superpowers needed to create a "Hall of Justice." Contact Linnea Nelson. Heroes of another kind needed for setup, grilling and clean up. Contact Mary Foster.
