NPR Special Coverage: New Hampshire Presidential Primary
The next presidential contest is Tuesday, Feb. 9 in New Hampshire, and NPR's special coverage will air on KGOU beginning at 7 p.m. that evening. Voting results and candidate speeches will be augmented by reports from NPR's correspondents at key locations and analysis from Mara Liasson, Ron Elving and others.
Here & Now is also hitting the road for New Hampshire, and will be reporting there next week. Producers will be keeping an election road trip blog on their Tumblr page.

The Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters just announced the winners of its Outstanding Achievement Awards, and KGOU won -- twice! The Splendid Table Collaborates with America's Test Kitchen
America's Test Kitchen and The Splendid Table have announced a new partnership to expand the culinary conversation and explore the science of food. Molly Birnbaum, Executive Editor of Cook's Science at America's Test Kitchen, will contribute monthly segments focusing on food science. The first segment, all about those kitchen essentials, onions and garlic, will air on KGOU on Feb. 10 at 11 a.m. Be sure to check out The Splendid Table's program page for recipes, techniques, and more, like these ideas for vegan dishes.

Jazz Night in America: Civil Rights 'Revisited'
All Things Considered's Audie Cornish guest hosts this week's Jazz Night in America episode, airing Friday at 9 p.m. The tables turn as regular host Christian McBride -- also a talented bassist and composer -- unveils his new oratorio 'The Movement Revisited', inspired by the words of Rosa Parks, Malcolm X, Muhammad Ali and Martin Luther King, Jr.
