All members are hereby notified there will be a Special General Meeting (SGM) InshAllah on Sunday May 1st, 2016, at Al-Husseini Madressa commencing at 1:15pm.
The agenda for this meeting is as follows:
1. Opening Dua
2. Confirmation of minutes of SGM held on 12/12/15
3. Matters arising
4. Resolution to extend presentation of SIJNY accounts for 2015
5. Appointment of Auditors for 2015
6. Any Other Business
7. Closing Dua
Members are reminded that as previously announced, participation at the meeting is limited to SIJNY members who are in good standing and current with their dues.
