As most of you already know, the Annual Fund drive is Monica Ros's primary fundraising event (the Spring Auction is the other one). The Annual Fund contributions (which are tax deductible) fills the gap between the tuition and the true cost of running the school - about one-tenth of the annual tuition or on average 750 dollars per school year. This covers everything from teachers' salaries to building maintenance and art supplies.
Within the next days, you will receive a mailing from Monica Ros inviting you to make a contribution. Please give what you can. Achieving 100% participation from current families is a way to support the education your kids receive and a powerful statement that we are unified in our support.
